Greg Plitt was born and raised in Maryland, USA. Coming from a sports-loving family, his natural ability extended beyond his teenage years. He is second in a brood of four. Possibly following the footsteps of his older sister, who joined the US Naval Academy at Annapolis, Plitt graduated at the United States Military Academy at West Point, New York in 2000. He was given certification and is now qualified as both Ranger and Airborne. He served as an officer with the Army Rangers for 5 years.

Greg Plitt has always been a fitness buff because his father set up a home gym when he was in sixth grade. He learned early about how physical activities can affect your daily performance. Inspired by how everything changed for him and his sister after entering the naval and military academies, he took the extra mile to be better, inspire others, and explore more about the field he loves the most.

Plitt’s success as a trainer has branched from his time as a soldier. Many would come in with attitudes that were really difficult to deal with. Then, with physical training, Plitt started helping to change their ways and become the kind of person they always wished to be. More than anything else, Plitt finds it very fulfilling to act as a role model, and help his trainees learn how to be better. As a trainer, he has been successful in bringing out the best in his students, and shows off excellent qualities that each and every one possesses.

Milestones in Plitt’s Modelling and Acting Careers

Being naturally healthy, inside and out, has opened new doors and opportunities for Plitt. He is now one of the hottest names in modelling. He’s modelled for popular brands like Calvin Klein, Old Navy, and Under Armour. He’s done several covers and editorials for fitness magazines.

Along with his charm and admiring discipline in his many careers, Plitt became a model and icon, thus becoming an effective advertiser and actor in commercials and movies.

Plitt On Maintaining His Achievements

Plitt makes sure that he stays humble and sticks to what he has to do to be in good shape. To be able to continue doing what he loves, he has to take care of his body by doing regular training. He continually looks for new ways to be more effective in promoting healthy living, and adapts what is new and good to satisfy the goal of becoming stronger, physically and mentally.

What’s Next for Greg Plitt?

Plitt continues his career as a trainer in Los Angeles. He is currently affiliated in the official MET Rx athlete, and was given recognition in 2012. He is also writing: the popular MFT28 workout program is one of his masterpieces.

Greg Plitt still does some advertisements, commercials, TV shows, and movie appearances.
